Do you deliver to my city?

Yes we can ship our products all over India. You would like to purchase our products, you can purchase directly from our website payment Gateway or contact our customer support number and the team will assist you immediately.

Are their shipping charges or any installation charges?

For safe and minimum day’s delivery, we have already tie-up with reputed Courier Service for all over India. As per their standard pin codes, we can get free home delivery to our customer. If your location is ODA (Out of Destination Aria) Charges will apply. We provide installation service in Pune city only. We provide installation kit with the product; the customer will need to install their own expense out of the Pune.

What is the estimated delivery time?

How do I track my order?

You can now track your order in real time by logging into your DNS account or go through online with courier tracking id which provided you with SMS.

How do I know my product is arriving?

Upon their arrival product on your city our courier company executive will call with your contact number for convenient delivery.

A tracking number for the package will be given to you upon its dispatch. You can track the package using the same.

What should I do my product arrives?

When your product arrives, first check all external packing is good condition across the product, if you found any doubt about damage please remark on your receiving docket receipt and send photographs of receipt and damaged product to company mail id or register WhatsApp number, If this is the case we will take care of it immediately. Once the product is delivered and delivery person leaves on your location, we will be able to only honor manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as outlined in the warranty policy.

What happen if I receive damaged product?

If your product arrives and you found something wrong with it, please follow procedure, what should I do my product arrives? If there is a seriously damaged issue with our products you ordered please do contact us and we will replace the same for you.

What if my product doesn’t arrive on time?

In some rare and extreme cases delivery may be delayed. If this does happen we will update you with the progress periodically. You can also track the status of your parcel by logging into your account on the website. If in case we don't get in touch with you, please do contact us.

What happen if miss my delivery?

A rescheduling of delivery may incur an additional transportation fee. Contact us here if you have any queries regarding the same.

Return and Cancellation?

Once we have delivered the product and left the factory premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests other than as covered by the policy.
